Georgia & Sophie reminisce:

Who was your wedding photographer and what attracted you to their photography style? Alison White Photography and her ‘fly on the wall’ photography style.

Why did you feel your chosen photographer would be a good fit for your wedding day? Firstly, Alison’s amazing, huge warm smile fitted right into our wedding party. We knew she was going to be perfect for our wedding day because she loves candid photos… and we really wanted to capture our day as it was.
Alison is based in the Scottish highlands which is where we got married. Through Alison’s work you can really tell she knows the most beautiful locations and spots to take you for that perfect photo! Alison also offered an amazing package, we had her for our whole wedding day. She was there from the getting ready right to the after party!

How did they complement the big day? There aren’t enough words but some of our favourite highlights were that Alison zipped Sophie’s wedding dress up as Sophie’s mums nails couldn’t grab the zipper, time was closing in to get down the aisle and Alison jumped in without hesitation. Georgia’s mum also had issues with her nails and Alison stepped in again to help with Georgia’s dress.
Alison didn’t stop there, she even checked up on the boys and helped them with their button hole flowers.
Once our wedding ceremony was over Alison drove us to our photo location. This was the first time we had sat down and relaxed. Alison heard us say we were hungry, she instantly opened up her packed lunch box and gave us both some snacks. She didn’t even hesitate, this totally warmed our hearts.

Would you recommend your wedding photographer to other couples? We highly recommend Alison. If you wish your best friend was a photographer, Alison is your woman! You won’t have ANY regrets.
