A unique setting at Norwood Hall

Aimee & Michael worked closely with the wonderful team at Norwood Hall to create their dream wedding day.

Aimee & Michael reminisce:

How long were you looking for your wedding venue and what made you choose them?
I am a planner, I have always loved to be busy and organise things, so when we got engaged I was on it straight away, as a DIY Bride I needed the time to make everything! We came across Norwood Hall and really liked what they had to offer, we booked an appointment with them, before our appointment we realised they had an open day so we went along and from that first visit we knew that’s where we wanted to get married! We went back for the appointment and again with both our mums to show them and pay the deposit! I always pictured getting married surrounded by trees, and with the weekday and add on packages on offer, Norwood really ticked all the boxes! We didn’t view anywhere else as we just didn’t need to!

How did your venue assist in the planning for your big day and how was the overall planning experience?
Throughout the whole process the team were always there to answer any questions. We had so many ideas and no matter how wild they seemed the team helped make sure it would work, even down to having my horse there! I truly loved the planning process and am so grateful to everyone that helped it come to life!

On the big day, how did your wedding coordinator ensure all ran smoothly?
Everything was planned and in place, everyone knew what they were doing and were on hand for anything we needed. Knowing that they were there really made the day so stress free for us all!

Who was your wedding photographer and why did you choose them?
J Dyer Photography was our photographer. We first met Jony at Norwood Hall’s open day and just knew he had the exact style and energy that we wanted for our day and my goodness he did not disappoint! Our photos are something I thought I would dream about and his personality added to the most amazing atmosphere on our day, he really kept us at ease and made everything so much fun!
