“When we started planning this styled shoot, our vision was timeless romance, of another era. The first step was to find the perfect venue. When we came across Winton Castle in East Lothian, we were blown away by the sprawling grounds, spectacular grandeur and period features. We knew immediately we had found the perfect venue to bring our vision to life. It was then time to find luxury suppliers to work alongside including the perfect models to style. When we connected with Lorna and Chris, our bride and groom, we had such a good feeling the shoot was going to be a success, they both had the striking looks we had in mind. Eleganza Sposa provided four stunning dresses and a range of accessories from their Iconica range which is exclusively designed in house. We worked with Andrew Brookes Tailoring for Chris’s bespoke dinner suit which was a luxurious navy Ariston velvet jacket with tartan trousers. Harvest & Green provided the beautiful floral arrangements, these included garden blush roses, fluffy astilbe, light blue delphinium, white eustoma, quicksand roses, dahlia, white small wax flower, sweet peas and eucalyptus. We ran the shoot in the usual running order of a wedding day, including the getting ready shots, first look, confetti, cake cutting with champagne tower and the wedding getaway car. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and are very grateful to all of the vendors, all participants were instrumental to the success of this beautiful shoot.” Holly @ Bliss and Wilde Photography
